We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique nature of many of our items, variations in colour, size, or design may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full or as available via Afterpay at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing or cancel an order in the event of an error in price or product listing.

4. Order Fulfilment/Shipping & Pickup

Island Fresh operates as a pickup and delivery-available store. You can select your preferred option at checkout. Orders are dispatched usually within 24 hours of working days and expected to arrive within 48 to 72 hours depending on your shipping location in New Zealand. You will receive contact from us relating to item pickups or get in touch with us to make any special arrangements if need be. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation at the time of pickup.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind but get in touch to see if we can work out a store credit or exchange. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of dispatch or pickup from our store. We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
